Sales increases will be calculated by your 2008 sales that are on the Trails End website. The percentages will not be pro-rated.

Ordering and Pickup
Orders are due to the office no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October, 27th.  All orders are do by internet, fax or in person by 5:00 Tuesday afternoon.  If they are not in by that time your popcorn may not be ordered.  Scholarship and prize orders are due at this time.


The following MUST be turned in when you pick up your popcorn:
1. Prize order forms
2. $1500.00+ sales forms
3. $2500.00+ sales Scholarship form
4. 1 Unit Check for popcorn!!!

Pickup times will be assigned and emailed November 3rd. Orders will be picked up at Dwight Transfer and Storage, 410 5th St, WF, TX, on Saturday, November 7th, with the largest orders starting first at 8 AM.
ORDERS MUST BE BY THE CASE ONLY!

All forms needed are in the unit packets. If more are needed, please pick up more at the Council Service Center.

The $1000, $2000, $3000 Prize Incentives do not effect the units profit if they choose not to use the Pop Weaver Prize Program.

Unit Checks will be cashed Wednesday, December 2nd

Council Incentives

Council Top Seller (over $3,000) - $500 Gift Certificate for the Scout and their family to Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX

Cub n' Pal Top Seller* - The pack with the top selling boy (to date w/ proof) that attends Fall Cub n' Pal will get to sit at "THE HONOR TABLE" in the dining hall and have a pizza party for their Saturday night meal. (Max. 10 Pizza's) * Must bring their forms with them to Fall Cub n' Pal.

"Fill it Up" Prizes - The first 75 youth to turn in a filled up sheet will get a Bow and Mallow marshmallow shooter. (1 per Scout)
Scout Campership Money

All Scouts -$50 towards an official BSA Scout Camp for every $1,000 sold. This will only go towards the fee to attend, no other/extra stuff. Camp fee paid will be to attend a BSA accredited summer camp or High Adventure Base. Money will be paid directly to the council where the BSA camp is located. No refund is given on money not used.
