This year’s camp program will focus on nature, environmental and earth sciences, as well as just having plain old fun! Advancement will take place but that is not the purpose of Webelos Resident Camp. The Camp Staff is planning a great experience for all.

Registration Form Guidelines
Webelos and all adults must have a Health & Medical Form. Scout can arrive no earlier than 4:30 pm; depart after campfire.

There are camperships available to help offset a portion of the camping fee for Scouts and must be completed, returned and approved before turning in registration form.

Scouts will be given the opportunity to work on various activity pins program areas. We will also have other areas for fun and games—BB’s, Archery, aquatics, water sports, climbing tower, Scout crafts, campfire programs, nature hikes, flag ceremonies and lots of fun stuff!!!! Completion of any advancement requirements is not guaranteed.

All Dens MUST be under the leadership of at least 2 adults (21 years of age or older) at all times; with a ratio of 1 adult to 4 Scouts. If your Den has only 1 adult that can attend, the staff will pair your Den up with one in the same situation. Units may rotate leadership during the camping period.

Shortage of leadership should not prevent Scouts from attending camp.

Your Den leader(s) and Webelos must arrive at camp at the same time to facilitate the check-in process. Everyone attending camp must bring an appropriate and completed physical form at check-in for each Scout and adult attending camp. Free physicals will be offered in May. Any adult only coming for the day, will need a completed Class 1 (health history) form with them when they check in. All adults attending camp must have a current Youth Protection training card (dated after July 2006)

Refund Policy: A refund may be given when a Scout or leader cannot attend camp due to:
A death in the immediate family, illness, or injury if the Scout/leader is under doctors orders to not participate in camp. All refund request forms must state circumstances, including a letter from the doctor; it must be signed by a unit leader and the letter must state who receives the refund. Requests must be made no later than 2 weeks after the end of camp. The completed request form must be in the Council Service Center by this date.

All personal vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area after checking in and unloading at your campsite. Remember not to transport anyone outside of the passenger cab of any vehicle (such as the bed of a pick-up). Speed limit on camp is 15 mph.

All Scouts and leaders should have a field uniform (Class A) to wear at evening flag ceremony, at supper and at the closing campfire. Only closed toed shoes are allowed in camp except at the pool and showers.
