GB North Day Camp

Will be held in Vernon at the Calvary Baptist Church Family Life Center. The camp will be from 8 AM - 3 PM daily from June 9 - 12. Each day will have crafts, games, advancement and other activities. They will also have speakers each day and a swimming day. Please call Karon McLain (940)553-4797 for more information.

RR Day Camp

This camp will run from 4 PM - 9 PM daily from June 11-13 at Camp Perkins near Burkburnett. We will have evening campfires (provided the fire ban is lifted), crafts, BB Guns, Archery, Climbing Tower, Swimming, etc. On the last day we will have a Hamburger/Hot Dog feed at camp. GB South Day Camp

Three fun filled days around the south end of the Greenbelt District. Camp is from 9 AM-3PM daily from June 16-18. June 16 will be in Munday with the main event being the climbing tower. June 17 will be held in Seymour, with the main event being swimming/aquatics events. Our final day, June 18, will be at Fort Griffin near Throckmorton and we will have BB Guns, Archery and an awards ceremony. More activities and specific location details will be announced later. Each person needs to bring a SACK lunch with a drink each day, unless otherwise noted. Please label with name. All lunches will be refrigerated and space is limited, so please do not bring lunch boxes or coolers.

Each Scout will also need to bring a box of snacks and a water bottle or canteen to carry with them.

All camp attendees, including Adults, MUST wear closed toed shoes for walking. NO sandals are allowed! Brimmed hat recommended.

Please label everything with Youth’s full name.

Scouts will need Swimming trunks and towel on swimming day. (It is suggested to simply wear them as shorts)

Your scout will bring home a note the first day letting you know what day of camp he will be visiting the Trading Post. A list of items will be included so that you can decide with your scout how much money he should bring, and what he may or may not purchase.

All Tiger Cubs that attend Camp MUST have an Adult Partner. (1st grade as of June)

Registrations for all 3 Day Camps are due to the Council office by Friday, May 16th. Registrations for all day camps after May 16th will be $50.

We need volunteers for Walking Den Leaders (adult chaperones) and Station/Program Leaders. If you can volunteer 1 day, 2 days, or even all week, please fill out an Adult Registration form and note which days you are available. Each Pack should provide at least 1 Adult for every 4 Scouts attending – each day of camp. Adults that volunteer the full week, and register before May 16th will receive their Camp T-shirt free.

T-shirts will be ordered based on the May 16th registrations. Registrations received after May 16th WILL NOT receive a T-shirt.

The Registration form and a BSA Class 1 medical form must be filled out completely and signed. All blanks must be completed. If requested information does not apply, please fill in with N/A (not applicable).

EVERY PERSON (Scout, Den Chief, Youth, and Adult Volunteers) MUST turn in both registration form and medical form.
