The Troop Committee Challenge training for Boy Scout troop committees has been developed to help troop committee members better understand their roles and responsibilities. Through hands-on experiential learning, this training will also enable troop committee members to better deliver the promise in support of the troop, Scoutmaster, and Scouts.

This is a fast-paced three hour program that may be offered in an evening or on a Saturday.

Troop Committee Challenge, the training course for troop committee members, is now a fun, interactive, and challenging online experience.

To start your training, visit the National Boy Scout of America site and register through My Scouting.  The Challenge will take about an  hour to complete, and it can be taken individually or with a small group.

Upon completion of the Troop Committee Challenge, a Scouter can print out a certificate of completion. This training will be recorded on the Scouter’s training record.
