Scouting Under ConstructionScouting Under Construction is a one-day supplemental Scout leader training extravaganza! It goes beyond New Leader Essentials Training for Scouting adults, providing ideas and how-to’s in a wide variety of topics. This is the event of the year to renew knowledge, learn current policies, and share experiences in Scouting. All Scouting adults are invited and encouraged to attend.
