This training is designed to introduce adult Venturing crew leaders to the basic information needed to operate a crew. The training is divided into five sessions:

(1) Here's Venturing

(2) Understanding and Protecting Youth

(3) Leadership and Organization

(4) Awards and Recognition

(5) Resources and program planning

This training is for Venturing Advisors or those who want to become more involved in their crew.
The course can be offered in five separate sessions, in two longer sessions, or in one day with a lunch break. The total time necessary is about 5 hours.
